NAYAD Warranty

NAYAD proudly stands behind the creative design, quality and craftsmanship that goes into every one of our products. We want your customers to be fully satisfied with their purchase and to fully enjoy their NAYAD experience. To this end, we offer a 1-year limited warranty on all our products. There are just a few exceptions to our warranty:

• Normal wear and tear,
• Damage caused by alterations, modifications or disassembly.
• Evidence of misuse.

To submit a warranty claim, please write to us Retailer@Nayad.com with complete details. If a manufacturer defect is deemed appropriate, we will be happy to replace your product with the same or similar product.
